| After several years of procrastination, and one futile attempt, I now have a BLOG!!! True, there was, for a short time, a semi-blog here on my online gallery but I felt this was NOT the proper place for such musings. Please visit my BLOG and comment about what you think! |

Specializing in painting and drawing, capturing everyday scenes of animals and people is what I strive to reflect. Beloved pets and those animals which touch our hearts have special meaning to me and I try to express my feelings in my work.
My paintings are exhibited in local and regional galleries, businesses, and private collections. I am currently exhibiting at Artist Alley in Southern Pines, NC, at The White Heron Gallery in Dunn, NC, at Hollyhocks Art Gallery in Pinehurst, North Carolina, at Crossroads Art Center in Richmond Virginia, at the White Heron Gallery in Dunn, NC, and at Morings Arts and Crafts in Asheboro, NC. In 2009, I received an Honorable Mention in Oil for my painting Route 66 at the Fine Arts Festival held by the Moore County Arts Council. My juried shows include Hilton Head National Juried Exhibition, 18th Annual Mid-Atlantic Juried Art Exhibit, the Long Island Smithtown Township Arts Council exhibit Circling The Globe Through Women's Lives, and the Randolph Arts Guild Annual Juried Art Show. The artwork on this online gallery represents my style and techniques. Most artwork displayed is for sale. If a piece has been sold, I would love creating the painting again in the same colors and style for you! Your secure payment can be processed through PayPal. Uncommissioned artwork is usually framed and frames are optional. Please note that even though great care has been taken to represent these original paintings, the actual colors may vary.
